  • The amount mentioned above are in Indian Rupees (INR) and which include GST @ 18%.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee/ organizers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
  • Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions at the venue.
  • Accompanying Persons will be allowed for the conference meals only if they have registered for the conference.
  • Delegates registering on-spot cannot be guaranteed of the Conference Kit.
